What you will do

• Drive strategic transformation projects and design scalable, future-proof core banking solutions.
• Engage with customers and sales teams to translate business requirements into concrete solution architectures based on hirify.global products.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses to identify innovation potential and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory guardrails.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on modernization, cost efficiency, and long-term competitiveness.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape product roadmaps based on market needs.
• Provide coaching to team members and promote a culture of knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or software, specifically in solution/enterprise architecture or SAP Banking components.
• Proven track record of delivering complex transformation programs in commercial or retail banking.
• Deep expertise in core banking domains: deposits, lending, account management, and regulatory processes.
• Strong understanding of modern banking technology stacks, integration architectures, and cloud transformation.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
