Senior / Lead SAP Solution Architect – Core Banking (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Engage with customers, prospects, and sales teams to understand core banking requirements and transformation challenges.
• Design scalable target architectures and hirify.global solutions for complex banking processes.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and identify opportunities for modernization, innovation, cost efficiency, and regulatory alignment.
• Lead transformation projects and act as a trusted architectural advisor for core banking solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on product roadmaps and market alignment.
• Coach team members and support knowledge sharing across the organization.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or software, ideally in solution or enterprise architecture, technology transformation, or SAP Banking implementation.
• Experience delivering complex transformation or modernization programs in commercial or retail banking.
• Deep knowledge of deposits, lending, account management, product engines, and regulatory processes.
• Strong understanding of modern banking technology stacks, integration architectures, and cloud transformation.
• Excellent English communication skills required; German is a plus.
