📋 What You'll Be Doing

Leading end-to-end solution architecture for complex platforms, products, and value streams

Translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant technical solutions

Defining and promoting architecture principles, standards, and design patterns

Collaborating closely with engineering teams throughout design and implementation phases

Providing architectural guidance and resolving complex technical challenges

Ensuring solutions meet non-functional requirements, including security, scalability, resilience, and operability

Supporting delivery teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle

Partnering with stakeholders across product, engineering, security, operations, and data functions

Driving architecture governance and ensuring alignment with strategic technology objectives

Influencing engineering strategy, technology roadmaps, and best practices

Mentoring architects and senior engineers across multiple teams

🎯 What We're Looking For

6+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Leadership, or related roles

Strong experience designing end-to-end solutions for complex enterprise environments

Deep understanding of modern architecture principles, distributed systems, APIs, and data-driven architectures

Proven track record of collaborating with engineering teams to deliver production-ready solutions

Ability to balance business objectives, technical constraints, and risk considerations

Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to engage confidently with senior business and technology stakeholders

Fluent English

Experience working with data-intensive platforms or analytics solutions

Experience in governance, risk, compliance, or regulated environments

Background in establishing architecture standards and engineering practices across multiple teams
