Solution Architect (AI/Cloud): Designing and delivering commercially compelling technical solutions with an accent on AI portfolio, GenAI, and MLOps. Focus on bridging AI-led engagements with broader cloud and data offerings while leading technical discovery and pre-sales activities.

Location: Hybrid (UK) - blend of Company offices, client sites, and home; cannot work from home 100% of the time.

What you will do

• Partner with sales and account teams to shape client conversations and articulate the value of the AI portfolio.
• Lead the creation of solution blueprints, proposal templates, and PoC kits tailored to client needs.
• Own the technical architecture of client solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Translate business challenges into technical opportunities across data platforms, automation, and cloud.
• Guide internal delivery teams and client stakeholders through onboarding, implementation, and handover.
• Collaborate with SMEs, AI Specialists, and Product Owners in agile sprints to develop end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

• Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and modular architectures across AI, data, and cloud environments.
• Experience in shaping proposals, leading technical discovery, and supporting sales conversations.
• Strong understanding of GenAI, MLOps, and data engineering principles.
• Ability to build trust with clients and internal teams through clear communication.
• Must be based in the UK.
