What you will do

• Translate business policies and requirements into detailed solution architecture designs.
• Ensure alignment with global reference architectures and technical standards.
• Guide engineering squads through the refinement and implementation of detailed designs.
• Contribute to the development of global standards and participate in architecture governance forums.
• Manage stakeholders across multiple departments and countries within the EC&A domain.
• Document and manage solution architecture decisions and technical debt.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Engineering Lead.
• Proven experience in the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) domain.
• Experience working within highly regulated environments, such as financial institutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
