• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs.
• Develop job advertisements and implement tailored sourcing activities.
• Maintain proactive communication with all parties involved.
• Ensure efficient recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding.
• Attract diverse talent and maintain external talent pipelines.
• Perform pre-screening activities and drive candidate centricity.

Requirements

• Must have the right to live and work in the UK or Ireland without restriction.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German are required.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• Experience in a similar recruitment role, agency or in-house.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
• Expertise in sourcing channels; LinkedIn Recruiter certification preferred.
