What you will do

  • Own a set of high-priority accounts and ensure consistent engagement and support.
  • Drive renewals and commercial amendments for scaled customers.
  • Build the go-to-market playbook for customer engagement and retention.
  • Track metrics and provide insights to improve customer success initiatives.
  • Contribute to community programs and digital education efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role at a technology company.
  • Experience managing large customer portfolios, ideally in SMB.
  • Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
