What you will do
- Manage legal technology vendors, including contract renewals and RFP processes.
- Develop and manage efficient processes for legal department intake requests.
- Own and drive legal and cross-functional projects across the company.
- Develop and support programs for knowledge management and collaboration.
- Work cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal operations professional, legal project manager, or JD, preferably in-house.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage time, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with cloud-based software tools such as Slack, Salesforce, Docusign CLM, Loopio, and Ironclad.
- Impeccable mastery of the English language.
- Willingness to work virtually in a remote-first company within the USA.
- Detail-oriented team player with adherence to company policies and procurement rules.
