TL;DR

Senior Executive Business Partner: Providing high-level administrative support to executive leadership in Customer Success and Product & Engineering organizations with an accent on complex scheduling, strategic support, and cross-functional project coordination. Focus on streamlining administrative processes, proactive problem-solving, and building strong executive relationships.

Location: Remote (Global). Note: For California applicants, the hourly base pay for this role may range between $60 - $80 per hour.

Salary: $9,600–$12,800 monthly for California applicants ($60-$80 per hour)

What you will do

  • Manage and act as a gatekeeper for CS and P&E executives' daily calendars, solving complex scheduling issues.
  • Provide strategic executive support, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and documentation management.
  • Execute meetings for executives, covering location sourcing, agenda planning, minute taking, and action item follow-up.
  • Communicate on behalf of the CS and P&E Executive Leadership team both internally and externally.
  • Execute special projects by partnering with cross-functional teams and other Executive Business Partners.
  • Build and streamline administrative processes that impact the company globally.
  • Determine levels of urgency of incoming issues and the appropriate course of action in collaboration with the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant/Executive Business Partner, with at least 3 years supporting executives in a high-growth startup environment.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, efficiency, and organizational aptitude.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and follow-through at all times.
  • Tech-savvy approach to utilize the latest tools to make work efficient.

Nice to have

  • Experience using Google Suite and Mac.
  • Knowledge of software and tools such as Coupa, Navan, and Smartsheet.
  • Experience working with Customer Success and Product teams.
