What you will do
- Manage and act as a gatekeeper for CS and P&E executives' daily calendars, solving complex scheduling issues.
- Provide strategic executive support, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and documentation management.
- Execute meetings for executives, covering location sourcing, agenda planning, minute taking, and action item follow-up.
- Communicate on behalf of the CS and P&E Executive Leadership team both internally and externally.
- Execute special projects by partnering with cross-functional teams and other Executive Business Partners.
- Build and streamline administrative processes that impact the company globally.
- Determine levels of urgency of incoming issues and the appropriate course of action in collaboration with the team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant/Executive Business Partner, with at least 3 years supporting executives in a high-growth startup environment.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, efficiency, and organizational aptitude.
- Ability to anticipate needs and follow-through at all times.
- Tech-savvy approach to utilize the latest tools to make work efficient.
Nice to have
- Experience using Google Suite and Mac.
- Knowledge of software and tools such as Coupa, Navan, and Smartsheet.
- Experience working with Customer Success and Product teams.
