Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

What you will do

• Lead delivery across multiple agile teams ensuring clear priorities and predictable outcomes.
• Champion agile and lean principles fostering value, learning, and flow.
• Manage dependencies and risks across teams, resolving obstacles early.
• Facilitate collaboration between engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Track and communicate progress with meaningful delivery metrics.
• Coach teams to increase autonomy and accountability.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Manchester or Leeds with hybrid work (2–3 days onsite)
• 3–5+ years experience as Delivery Lead or Agile Delivery Manager in complex SaaS/software environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and Systems Thinking principles.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks and tailoring methods.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including Director-level influence.
• Strong coaching and servant leadership approach.
