Salary: $170,000 - $230,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead engineering and development of new products and improvements within the Mag & Vortex collection.
• Champion a people-centric, high-performance culture fostering psychological safety and accountability.
• Manage and inspire a multinational technology team of approximately 65 direct engineers and 30 extended team members.
• Provide leadership to ensure continuous pipeline of new technologies ready for product implementation.
• Participate in technology planning and set clear goals aligned with strategic business priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement and NPD Excellence across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or STEM field.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, operations, marketing, or technical roles.
• 3+ years of experience leading large teams and delivering complex projects.
• Up to 20% travel availability.
• Strong leadership, organizational development, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in process control industry (15+ years preferred).
• Experience leading hardware and software development teams.
• Familiarity with waterfall and agile development methodologies.
• MBA or advanced degree.
