What you will do

• Manage vacancies through the full recruitment lifecycle using Workday.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.
• Proactively identify and engage talent through direct sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and networking.
• Develop talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche technical roles.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance within the ATS.
• Prepare weekly reports to ensure recruitment processes remain on track.

Requirements

• Full driving license is mandatory as the site is only accessible by car.
• Proven experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role.
• Hands-on experience using an ATS, ideally Workday.
• Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and talent pipeline development.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• High level of organization and strong attention to detail.
