What you will do
- Manage vacancies through the full recruitment lifecycle using Workday.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.
- Proactively identify and engage talent through direct sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and networking.
- Develop talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche technical roles.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance within the ATS.
- Prepare weekly reports to ensure recruitment processes remain on track.
Requirements
- Full driving license is mandatory as the site is only accessible by car.
- Proven experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role.
- Hands-on experience using an ATS, ideally Workday.
- Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and talent pipeline development.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- High level of organization and strong attention to detail.
