What you will do

  • Own and lead the Mid-Market Sales function, ensuring team performance and quota delivery.
  • Manage and grow a team of sales professionals through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Define and execute GTM strategies for mid-sized clients across various industries.
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand revenue through upsells and renewals.
  • Oversee complex sales cycles and collaborate with internal teams for client success.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and sales hygiene in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in Cloud/SaaS/AdTech/MarTech.
  • 5-8 years experience leading sales teams with a proven coaching mindset.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, especially in competitive deals.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the digital/mobile marketing ecosystem.
