What you will do
- Own and lead the Mid-Market Sales function, ensuring team performance and quota delivery.
- Manage and grow a team of sales professionals through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Define and execute GTM strategies for mid-sized clients across various industries.
- Drive new business acquisition and expand revenue through upsells and renewals.
- Oversee complex sales cycles and collaborate with internal teams for client success.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and sales hygiene in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in Cloud/SaaS/AdTech/MarTech.
- 5-8 years experience leading sales teams with a proven coaching mindset.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, especially in competitive deals.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the digital/mobile marketing ecosystem.
