Salary: $102,000 - $210,000 USD annually

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for various software engineering roles
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to develop early-stage hiring strategies
• Engage passive talent through thoughtful outreach
• Communicate Figma’s business and products effectively to candidates
• Ensure excellent candidate experience from outreach through offer stage
• Own and improve interview processes and recruiting strategies

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
• 4+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience
• 2+ years recruiting for engineering roles
• Proven success in sourcing and developing pipelines
• Experience collaborating with functional leaders on complex offer scenarios

Nice to have

• Experience in analytics recruiting
• Familiarity with Figma’s products
• Experience with Gem and Greenhouse recruiting tools
• Passion for fostering belonging and inclusion
