What you will do

Enable and support autonomous squads for effective delivery.
Manage dependencies and delivery forecasting.
Coach teams in Agile practices and continuous improvement.
Provide transparent delivery roadmaps and health metrics.

Requirements

Prior delivery manager or lead experience.
Strong knowledge of sports betting and trading technology.
Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
Experience in software delivery processes.
Ability to engage and motivate team members.
