What you will do

• Facilitate and organize Scrum ceremonies while ensuring team adherence to Agile practices.
• Support the Product Owner in effective backlog management to maximize value delivery.
• Proactively identify and remove technical, organizational, or interpersonal impediments.
• Act as an internal coach to foster a culture of self-organization and Agile best practices.
• Monitor team performance metrics such as productivity and velocity to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Scrum Master certification
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and frameworks including Scrum, XP, and Kanban.
• Experience with Agile estimation, planning, and metrics.
• Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level minimum
• Knowledge of software engineering practices like CI/CD, TDD, and automated testing.
