What you will do
- Own your territory and exceed revenue targets by managing the full sales cycle.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting.
- Manage complex enterprise SaaS purchasing cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to deploy hirify.global resources effectively.
- Take an active role in RFP processes, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills to stay informed about industry trends.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and experience selling to C-level executives.
- Strong knowledge of the corporate e-learning/ed-tech industry.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Ability to manage a pipeline of 50+ accounts.
- 5-7+ years of SaaS sales experience in eLearning, HR software, education technology, and/or complex solution software sales industries.
- Must be able to travel freely between the US and Canada or other countries and hold a valid passport.
Nice to have
- Experience selling complex software solutions to Human Resources/Learning and Development departments.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
- Working knowledge of web and database technology.
- Familiarity with AI tools and using AI to further business goals.
