What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize backlogs and translate roadmaps into delivery plans.
• Lead release planning, estimation, and coordinate work across multiple teams and external partners.
• Manage scope, schedules, resources, and delivery outcomes for projects.
• Maintain effective communication and alignment with stakeholders and domain leads.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and operational excellence.
• Foster team collaboration and healthy working practices.

Requirements

• Must have 3–6+ years experience in software delivery or project/program management within IT/engineering.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) in multi-team environments.
• Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and productivity tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and risk management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-load distributed cloud services release orchestration.
• Familiarity with UCaaS and real-time communications.
• Russian language proficiency.
