Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Own and manage the delivery roadmap for a specific region, including provider connections and product changes.
• Coordinate and supervise delivery progress by working closely with various internal departments.
• Present regular updates to operators and vendors throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Lead kickoff and status meetings to communicate objectives and expectations to development and operation teams.
• Ensure environment readiness for deployment and testing across internal and external teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery predictability, efficiency, and quality standards.

Requirements

• English: C1 proficiency required for oral and written communication.
• Must be authorized to work in Bulgaria without visa sponsorship.
• 5+ years of software project management experience.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with Monday or Smartsheet.
• Experience with organizational change policy implementation.
