Product Delivery Manager (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal (office attendance 3 times a week)

What you will do

• Ensure product delivery on time and within budget with full transparency regarding dependencies and risks.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, own the backlog, and proactively uncover and unblock issues.
• Translate requirements from stakeholders (CPO, Operations, Commercials) into actionable tasks for the team.
• Create work breakdown structures and manage the team's pace to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop long-term planning and roadmaps for 6-12 months in collaboration with the leadership team.
• Set and communicate quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs) for the team and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Higher education or extensive work experience in Engineering, Management, or IT.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or project management.
• Excellent English proficiency.
• Proven knowledge of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to operate independently in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal.

• Prior experience specifically in product management.
