What you will do

• Manage the development of digital products for efficient building design and project planning across the digital value chain.
• Translate current and future user needs from various stakeholders into concrete product requirements.
• Coordinate the vertical's roadmap in alignment with Tech Leads and software engineers to ensure quarterly goals are met.
• Apply product lifecycle management principles to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency of digital tools.
• Collaborate closely with Product Design, Building System, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven ability to operate within a Product/Tech vertical organizational structure.
• Experience managing innovative digital tools; experience in architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) is a plus.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and user communication.
• Ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable quarterly goals and epic-level roadmaps.
• Must be based in or able to work from Berlin, Germany.
