What you will do

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide product improvements and pricing.
• Create and maintain product roadmap and business plan supporting sustainable growth.
• Use data and analytics to evaluate market potential and product performance.
• Collaborate with global Product Management and develop product management processes.
• Communicate strategy and product status to management and stakeholders.
• Act as interface between market, internal teams, and global Grid eXpand team, monitoring product costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as Product Manager or similar role.
• Understanding of product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Good verbal and written skills in Finnish or Swedish, and English.
• Knowledge of E-houses and medium voltage switchgears is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Additional language skills such as Danish.
