System Engineer (Fleet Performance)

What you will do

• Monitor charger performance using field data and proactively identify issues, especially during product launches.
• Use corporate data-mining tools to investigate technical problems in customer applications.
• Analyze system logs, collect targeted data, and perform tests to reproduce, isolate, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary development teams to address complex charger-related problems.
• Provide strategic guidance to data analysts and data scientists.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical or electronic engineering, mechatronics, physics, or a similar field.
• Experience with complex systems and systematic troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with software development.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, self-reliant work style, teamwork, and good communication skills.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience with power electronics or electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
• Italian and/or German language skills.
