What you will do

• Monitor charger performance using collected field data to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Apply systematic troubleshooting techniques including data mining and log analysis.
• Perform tests to reproduce, isolate, and address technical issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex issues effectively.
• Provide strategic guidance to data analysts and scientists.

Requirements

• Location: Bolzano, Italy
• Degree in electrical/electronic engineering, mechatronics, physics or similar.
• Experience with complex systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with software development.
• Fluent in English; Italian and/or German are a plus.
