System Engineer - HMI & Communication (EV Charging)

Total compensation: starting from €64,000 gross per year, including a 30% variable bonus based on goal achievement.

What you will do

• Own HMI subsystems, including displays and input/output interfaces.
• Own communication subsystems, including PLC modems and radio equipment.
• Act as the primary contact for component and subsystem suppliers.
• Coordinate the integration of HMI and communication subsystems into charging solutions.
• Support validation planning and evaluate results against technical and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor technology and component developments to support continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with HMI components, PLCs, GSM modems, and other radio equipment.
• Independent, structured, solution-oriented working style with strong analytical thinking.
• Passion for technological developments in EV charging.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English is required.

• Knowledge of Italian and/or German.
