What you will do
- Develop and implement ITSM strategies to promote service management best practices.
- Define and deliver the ServiceNow platform roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage and optimize ServiceNow platform enhancements and integrations with enterprise systems.
- Lead and mentor a technical team responsible for ServiceNow administration and development.
- Ensure timely platform upgrades and continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to enhance CMDB and monitoring.
Requirements
- Location: Parma, Emilia-Romagna, Italy
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8-10+ years in IT management with 5 years managing ServiceNow teams.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and ServiceNow platform.
- Proven team leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with APIs, data migration, and integration tools.
