What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and validations for the AI-powered DevSecOps platform.
• Own the technical evaluation process, including POC/POV design, workshop creation, and value stream assessments.
• Collaborate with Account Executives in Italy to shape and execute regional account strategies.
• Advise customers on modern CI/CD, security, and cloud practices to improve return on investment.
• Provide customer feedback and competitive insights to Product Management and Engineering to inform the roadmap.
• Develop reusable technical collateral and best practice guidance for customers and partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Deep proficiency in the end-to-end SDLC and modern DevSecOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global or similar CI/CD and source control platforms.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts, security, and operations.
• Proven ability to lead technical evaluations and design high-impact workshops.
• Excellent technical communication skills for both technical practitioners and senior executives.
