What you will do

• Lead IT projects from requirements definition to deployment, focusing on software implementation.
• Manage internal and external resources to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, providing regular status updates.
• Identify and implement necessary improvements in current business processes.
• Report project outcomes and risks to management and escalate issues as necessary.

Requirements

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Previous experience as an IT Project Manager, specifically in developing platforms for internal processes.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and proficiency with PM tools.
• Strong capabilities in planning, task identification, and budget management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of English is required; knowledge of Italian and/or German is a plus.
