What you will do
- Own inbound leads and manage top of funnel conversion through qualification, demos, and closing.
- Manage full sales cycles with discovery calls and need assessments to evaluate fit.
- Nurture leads with value-driven follow-up to maintain momentum.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align campaigns and optimize results.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce for forecasting and reporting.
- Provide market insights to improve messaging and targeting.
- Support events and campaigns by engaging leads pre- and post-event.
Requirements
- Must be based in Stockholm and work on-site 5 days a week.
- 3-4 years experience in customer-facing sales roles, preferably in SaaS, tech, or financial services.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong communication skills, highly organized, and motivated learner.
- Resilience and ability to take feedback and act quickly.
- Collaborative mindset and team-first approach.
