What you will do

  • Own inbound leads and manage top of funnel conversion through qualification, demos, and closing.
  • Manage full sales cycles with discovery calls and need assessments to evaluate fit.
  • Nurture leads with value-driven follow-up to maintain momentum.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align campaigns and optimize results.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce for forecasting and reporting.
  • Provide market insights to improve messaging and targeting.
  • Support events and campaigns by engaging leads pre- and post-event.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Stockholm and work on-site 5 days a week.
  • 3-4 years experience in customer-facing sales roles, preferably in SaaS, tech, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong communication skills, highly organized, and motivated learner.
  • Resilience and ability to take feedback and act quickly.
  • Collaborative mindset and team-first approach.
