What you will do

• Own the Custody product lifecycle from ideation to launch, emphasizing security and scalability.
• Define short- and long-term product strategies aligned with company vision and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, sales, marketing, treasury, and tax teams to shape the product roadmap.
• Manage stakeholders and customer interactions to prioritize feedback in product development.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements to inform product decisions.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work in Bucharest, Romania with hybrid work model.
• 5+ years in corporate fintech with hands-on crypto experience in custody, treasury, or banking product teams.
• Understanding of banking sales cycles and customer segmentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial mindset.
• Experience or interest in security-focused product development.
• English: Proficient (B2 level or higher).
