What you will do

  • Own outbound prospecting and build targeted outreach.
  • Qualify opportunities and run structured discovery.
  • Nurture leads and maintain momentum.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing for campaign alignment.
  • Log activity accurately in Salesforce.
  • Support events and campaigns to drive pipeline.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in a BDR or SDR role.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple outreach streams.
  • Curious, coachable, and resilient.
  • Collaborative and goal-oriented.
