Salary: $164,900–$205,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional coordination between engineering, product management, QA, and operations teams.
• Identify ways to reduce time to market, improve product functionality, and reduce costs.
• Plan and execute engineering builds and ensure production readiness with supply chain and new product introduction teams.
• Manage communications and coordinate design reviews and approvals.
• Work with global engineering teams and partners to deliver projects on schedule and budget.
• Champion hirify.global’s cultural principles and support global scaling.

Requirements

• Must reside in the US and be willing to work onsite in San Francisco 3 days per week.
• 8+ years experience shipping high-volume hardware programs with ODM and JDM partners.
• Strong organizational skills and experience with project planning tools (Microsoft Project, SmartSheets).
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and PLM systems.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time.
• BS in relevant technical field or equivalent experience.

• Experience with dash camera, gateway, or telematics products.
