TL;DR

Senior Technical Support Engineer (Healthcare Technology): Defining, managing, and resolving deep technical customer issues for a data-driven health platform with an accent on code analysis, root cause identification, and infrastructure support. Focus on project managing client deployments, optimizing issue resolution processes, and building support tooling.

Location: Hybrid in Dallas, Texas, Boston, Massachusetts, or Raleigh, North Carolina. Must not require employer sponsored work authorization in the United States. Travel up to 25% is anticipated.

Salary: $117,500 – $176,500 base salary + bonus + benefits (US)

What you will do

  • Define and manage technical customer issues, owning the issue lifecycle from start to finish.
  • Project manage new client deployment issues through to resolution.
  • Determine root cause by reading code; troubleshoot customer reported issues; implement security and permissions changes.
  • Drive operational efficiencies for issue resolution by identifying process, tooling, and product improvements.
  • Create playbooks, knowledge base content, reports, and dashboards for internal issue tracking.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience with Python, R, or similar object-oriented programming language.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related area.
  • Familiarity with SQL and ability to identify root cause of data issues.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Github.
  • Cloud operations experience (e.g., creating buckets, VMs, security access controls).
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate technical details to diverse audiences.
  • Must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Nice to have

  • 4+ years of experience in software or healthcare technology.
  • Experience troubleshooting data issues and supporting highly regulated software.
  • Self-starter mentality with a passion for owning and driving issues to resolution.
