What you will do

• Spearhead large-scale, intricate Professional Services engagements to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify product gaps, feature requests, and issues, and communicate these insights to Product and Development teams.
• Implement tailored integrations using REST APIs to extend functionality within and beyond the hirify.global platform.
• Share technical best practices and lessons learned with peers to elevate team performance.
• Create, document, code, and test technical solutions for new tools, automations, or system enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of software development experience in commercial or enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on development using Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript.
• Strong grasp of programming concepts and effective debugging techniques.
• Robust knowledge of modern web architectures, microservices, and APIs.
• Familiarity with AWS services and other cloud platforms.
