Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $130,000 - $165,000

What you will do

  • Partner with sales to drive successful deals and customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate internally to maintain external security documentation and demo environments.
  • Lead qualified product demos and pre-sales processes for prospective customers.
  • Manage technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses and communicate client needs to R&D teams.
  • Lead and execute POCs and POVs, building trust with key technical stakeholders.
  • Aid in securing technical, business, and security wins.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS company; 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer role.
  • Strong understanding of MarTech, Customer Engagement, or Messaging technologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Technical understanding of APIs, SDKs, Databases, and Servers.
  • Experience with API integrations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
