What you will do

• Attract and sign new companies to drive growth in the SMB Market.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing deals.
• Prepare and present product demonstrations to key decision-makers.
• Perform outbound activities to build and nurture the revenue pipeline.
• Capture and manage information and metrics in Salesforce CRM.
• Attend trade shows, events, conferences, and network with market influencers.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of closing deals within a SaaS company.
• Experience with HR-tech environment.
• Proven experience accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed.
• Ability to work remotely and autonomously.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Salesforce, Intercom, Slack, Trello.
