What you will do

  • Define, document, and implement standardized sales processes across the organisation.
  • Lead deployment and adoption of HubSpot CRM, including workflows and reporting tools.
  • Oversee bid and proposal management ensuring quality and alignment with commercial requirements.
  • Support contract management in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
  • Develop sales dashboards and analyze pipeline trends to inform leadership decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Delivery teams to align revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Hybrid work location in London, Greater London
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and process optimisation.
  • Expertise in HubSpot CRM implementation and administration.
  • Proven experience in sales operations or similar B2B roles.
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience).
