What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including social media and professional networks.
• Screen and assess candidates for qualifications and cultural fit.
• Conduct interviews and provide hiring recommendations.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes using data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably for highly technical roles.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to embed Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access (DEIA) principles in recruitment.
• High integrity and professionalism handling sensitive information.
