Location: Onsite in Barcelona, Spain
Salary: 50,000 € - 70,000 € OTE (70/30 split fixed + uncapped variable)

What you will do
- Manage own sales pipeline and lead a team of Account Executives through the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Coach and develop the team with strategic support, 1:1s, and deal guidance to exceed targets.
- Build strong consultative relationships with C-Level and VP stakeholders in the French market.
- Drive outbound sales strategy and account planning to identify and execute on opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Marketing, Product, and CX teams to accelerate sales.
- Ensure forecast accuracy and provide visibility on team performance and revenue potential.
Requirements
- Location: Must be onsite in Barcelona, Spain
- Language: French expert and professional English proficiency
- Minimum 2 years closing B2B sales in SaaS or digital transformation environments.
- Experience leading and managing a team of Account Executives.
- Strong data analysis and commercial strategy skills.
- Excellent communication and ownership mindset.
