SAP S/4HANA Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects from initiation through post-go-live.
• Manage client relationships and align scope, priorities, and delivery with business goals.
• Govern timelines, resources, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance across multiple initiatives.
• Direct cross-functional teams of consultants, architects, developers, and QA specialists.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve delivery issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Apply SAP Activate methodology and best practices to maintain delivery quality.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in SAP implementation or transformation projects, including strong S/4HANA exposure.
• 3+ years managing SAP S/4HANA implementation projects as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or equivalent leader.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules, integration points, and SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience managing stakeholders and communicating with C-level executives and business owners.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or MS Project.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; English at C1+ level.

Nice to have

• PMP or SAP certifications.
• Experience with global delivery environments and offshore or nearshore teams.
• Exposure to SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, Integration Suite, or data migration projects.
• Understanding of change management and post-implementation adoption strategies.
