Location: Hybrid, onsite every other week in a Fidelity office in Westlake, United States

What you will do

• Support, coach, and mentor chapter members to develop their skills and careers.
• Drive software craftsmanship principles to improve quality and engineering standards.
• Partner with leaders across chapters, product areas, and squads to influence backlog prioritization and strategic decisions.
• Align chapter members across squads to optimize talent utilization.
• Develop learning opportunities and content to enhance associate skills.
• Remove impediments to delivering value and ensure alignment with roadmaps.

Requirements

• Must be able to work hybrid with onsite presence every other week in Westlake, United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Significant experience building scalable enterprise applications and leading agile teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with front-end development using Angular and middle-tier API design.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services and relational databases (Oracle preferred).
