Technology Intermediate Business Analyst

TL;DR

Technology Intermediate Business Analyst (Fintech): Liaising between business users and technologists to analyze business needs, document requirements, and support release and change management with an accent on consumer/retail banking products and regulations. Focus on analyzing business performance, risk assessment, and facilitating communication between business units and IT.

Location: Onsite in Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR

What you will do

• Analyze business client needs, document requirements, and define enhancements
• Generate reports on system issues and propose solutions
• Identify risks and assess business implications of technology applications
• Participate in release and change management activities, including weekend work for major incidents
• Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams
• Act as SME to senior stakeholders and team members

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR
• 2-5 years of relevant business or systems analysis experience
• Proficiency in MS Office with strong Excel skills
• Experience with agile methodology and SDLC phases
• Strong domain knowledge of consumer/retail banking products and regulations
• Clear and concise English communication skills; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus

Nice to have

• ITIL certification
• IIBA certifications such as ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP
