What you will do

  • Lead business analysis and develop strategic recommendations to enhance operational performance.
  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements and future-state solutions.
  • Support and deliver key transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment and benefits realisation.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders in Wellington, Hamilton, and Sydney to drive informed decision-making.
  • Utilize analytical tools to model processes and provide data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar business analysis or transformation role.
  • Strong experience within financial services is essential.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and delivery of change initiatives.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Understanding of banking operations and the NZ regulatory environment.
  • Must have legal right to work in New Zealand.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or Design Thinking.
  • Exposure to process automation, AI, or emerging technologies.
