What you will do

• Set and lead the digital strategy for the Stock Plan Services Employer Experience to deliver innovative and simplified equity plan administration.
• Define multi-year product strategies and align cross-division partners to ensure cohesive customer journeys.
• Oversee product development lifecycle, manage significant budgets and resources, and empower agile squads to execute plans.
• Collaborate with leaders across product areas, chapters, and squads to foster a mission-driven, agile culture.
• Mentor and develop senior leadership and squad leaders to maximize value delivery and talent optimization.
• Drive thought leadership and maintain strong partnerships internally and externally to influence strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid with onsite presence every other week in a Fidelity office in the United States.
• 15+ years of experience in product management, technology, or business with strong agile and coaching skills.
• Senior-level experience in Stock Plan Services product management with strategic roadmap and vision development.
• Holds or working towards Certified Equity Professional (CEP) and FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels.
