What you will do
- Set and lead the digital strategy for the Stock Plan Services Employer Experience to deliver innovative and simplified equity plan administration.
- Define multi-year product strategies and align cross-division partners to ensure cohesive customer journeys.
- Oversee product development lifecycle, manage significant budgets and resources, and empower agile squads to execute plans.
- Collaborate with leaders across product areas, chapters, and squads to foster a mission-driven, agile culture.
- Mentor and develop senior leadership and squad leaders to maximize value delivery and talent optimization.
- Drive thought leadership and maintain strong partnerships internally and externally to influence strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Location: Must work hybrid with onsite presence every other week in a Fidelity office in the United States.
- 15+ years of experience in product management, technology, or business with strong agile and coaching skills.
- Senior-level experience in Stock Plan Services product management with strategic roadmap and vision development.
- Holds or working towards Certified Equity Professional (CEP) and FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Data-driven decision-making approach and commitment to diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety.
