Business Development Manager (Building Automation)

Location: Remote within assigned Midwest US territory including North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, and Northern Illinois

Salary: $140,000-$170,000 annually (base + sales bonus)

What you will do

• Grow the Flexim business and elevate product knowledge among account managers in the Midwest District
• Develop sales across multiple industries including Oil & Gas, Chemical, Power, and more
• Coordinate sales and marketing strategies with Regional Managers and Sales Directors
• Serve as primary contact for distributors and customers regarding product and application needs
• Create and implement market business plans to achieve budget targets
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop distributors and end users on flow metering applications

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Location: Must be based in or able to work within the assigned Midwest US territory
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field
• Minimum six years industry experience with at least three years in sales or marketing
• Ability to travel 60-70% within the district
• Valid driver’s license
