What you will do

• Design and execute a people strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Define and track key People KPIs on performance, engagement, and retention.
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership in shaping remote and hybrid work models.
• Build an agile organizational structure that supports distributed teams.
• Implement continuous feedback loops through surveys and reviews.
• Oversee L&D through digital platforms and virtual academies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 5+ in executive roles.
• Strong expertise in modern HR tech and remote workforce practices.
• Excellent command of English; Ukrainian or Russian proficiency is a plus.
• Proven ability to design and scale leadership development programs.
• Strong project management skills for executing complex initiatives.
