What you will do

Design and execute a people strategy aligned with business objectives.
Define and track key People KPIs on performance, engagement, and retention.
Act as a strategic partner to leadership in shaping remote and hybrid work models.
Build an agile organizational structure that supports distributed teams.
Implement continuous feedback loops through surveys and reviews.
Oversee L&D through digital platforms and virtual academies.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 5+ in executive roles.
Strong expertise in modern HR tech and remote workforce practices.
Excellent command of English; Ukrainian or Russian proficiency is a plus.
Proven ability to design and scale leadership development programs.
Strong project management skills for executing complex initiatives.
