What you will do

• Implement full-cycle HR processes for assigned teams.
• Support and train managers on HR-related matters and performance management.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and identify team needs to drive retention.
• Provide monthly HR analytics and reporting to leadership.
• Adapt corporate policies to specific team requirements.
• Develop and execute initiatives to strengthen corporate culture and employer brand.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an HRBP, People Partner, or HR Generalist in a fast-growing or digital environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with the full employee lifecycle and HRIS platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the iGaming or affiliate marketing industry.
• Proven track record of designing and structuring new HR processes.
