TL;DR

Partner Program Manager (SaaS/Ecommerce): Manage and develop the consulting partner program for hirify.global, focusing on partner acquisition, activation, and revenue growth. With an accent on partnership strategy, onboarding, and cross-team coordination. Focus on building long-term relationships, executing co-marketing campaigns, and tracking partner performance KPIs.

Location: Hybrid in Sao Paulo, Brazil

Salary: BRL 8,000–9,500 per month

What you will do

  • Develop and manage the consulting partner program strategy and operations
  • Identify, prospect, and close partnerships with consulting firms
  • Build and maintain high-trust, long-term partner relationships
  • Coordinate between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for partner support
  • Develop onboarding, training, and certification programs for partners
  • Execute seasonal campaigns and co-marketing initiatives
  • Track and report on partner performance KPIs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related
  • Minimum 1 year experience in partnership, affiliate, or B2B channel management
  • Intermediate English proficiency
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and marketplace ecosystem (preferably Mercado Livre)

Nice to have

  • Experience managing B2B SaaS partnership programs
  • Familiarity with CRM, BI, and marketing automation tools
  • Experience executing incentive and co-marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with consultancies supporting marketplace sellers
