Location: This role is a full-time remote position in the United States.

What you will do

  • Acquire new clients through outbound strategies and upsell existing clients.
  • Identify business opportunities targeting mid- to large-sized businesses and venture-backed startups.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing.
  • Provide feedback to management, product, and engineering teams to improve the platform and offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success to develop materials and increase conversion rates.
  • Work with regional managers to develop and exceed quota targets.

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in sales or business development.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish with experience working across North America and Latin America in B2B sales.
  • Experience in financial services, payments, crypto, blockchain/digital asset technologies.
  • An existing network of transferable B2B relationships with mid- to large-sized businesses and venture-backed startups is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to present professionally and communicate at all levels of an organization, especially with C-level stakeholders.
  • Successful track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, or Pipedrive).
