What you will do

• Source and onboard new fitness, wellness, and studio partners in Rio de Janeiro.
• Prospect creatively (online, offline, and in person) to build a pipeline of opportunities.
• Initiate and maintain communication with prospects, following up with confidence and clarity.
• Lead full-cycle sales conversations from cold call to close, tailoring pitches to unique needs.
• Meet and exceed daily KPIs and monthly targets while driving impact.
• Build authentic relationships with local businesses and support inbound leads.

Requirements

• Must be based in Rio de Janeiro.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Recent sales experience or readiness to kick off a career in a fast-paced, growth-driven role.
• Confident communicator, organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Resilient and open to feedback, with a passion for learning and personal growth.
• Comfortable navigating objections and closing deals with creative problem-solving.
