What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of 3-5 frontend engineers, fostering a high-performing and inclusive culture.
• Drive the design and implementation of modular frontend architecture using Module Federation and Micro Frontends.
• Oversee transition from Angular to React and steward web-based hybrid mobile solutions.
• Define engineering standards for code quality, performance, and developer experience.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, and architecture teams to align platform roadmaps and priorities.
• Represent frontend platform strategy to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of software engineering experience and 1+ years in engineering or tech-lead management roles.
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, modern build systems, and frontend architecture patterns.
• Experience with web-based hybrid mobile approaches and responsive design.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for mentoring and building engineering culture.

Nice to have

• Experience with Elixir/Phoenix, GraphQL, or EventBridge architectures.
• Background in mobile web optimization, B2B SaaS, commerce, or scheduling platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted developer tooling and structured code quality initiatives.
• Experience managing modernization of large monoliths or bridging web and mobile ecosystems.
