What you will do

• Contribute across the stack in Backend (Typescript/Node.js/Go/GCP) or Frontend (React) to deliver features end-to-end.
• Recruit and develop a top-class engineering team that owns a critical area of hirify.global’s product.
• Design and evolve hirify.global’s technical architecture to support rapidly increasing scale.
• Lead projects and make product decisions based on interactions with customers.

Requirements

• Experience designing secure, scalable, reliable backend systems.
• Excellent knowledge of modern cloud architectures (GCP or AWS).
• Deep expertise with Node.js/Typescript or Go for backend development, or React for frontend development.
• Ability to communicate technical ideas to the wider team and influence decisions.
• A desire and aptitude for leading and growing a great engineering team.
• Must currently have the right to work in the UK.
